Privacy Policy

NanoAudit is an AI-powered auditing tool built on the NanoCorp platform. We help founders and builders audit, rewrite, and improve their NanoCorp landing pages. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the site at nanoaudit.nanocorp.app, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

We collect only what is necessary to run the service:

• →Audit inputs: The six fields you fill in when running an audit (company name/URL, niche, ICP, problem, offer, and proof). These are sent to our server to generate your report and are not stored long-term.
• →URL content: When you submit a NanoCorp URL, our server fetches the public HTML of that page to perform the audit. We do not store the fetched content beyond the duration of your request.
• →Purchase email: If you buy a paid product (NanoAudit, NanoBoost, NanoKit, or NanoFlow), Stripe processes your payment and shares your email address with us so we can deliver access and send a confirmation. This email is stored in our database linked to your purchase record.
• →Usage analytics: We use a privacy-preserving analytics beacon (NanoCorp) that records page views. This does not set cookies, fingerprint your device, or collect personally identifiable information.

• ✕We do not require you to create an account or share your name.
• ✕We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
• ✕We do not collect IP addresses for profiling purposes.
• ✕We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

We use the data we collect to:

• ·Generate your audit report in real time.
• ·Deliver the product you purchased (confirm access, send confirmation email).
• ·Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the product.
• ·Comply with legal obligations if required (e.g., tax records related to Stripe transactions).

We do not use your data for automated profiling or AI training without explicit consent.

Audit inputs are processed in memory on our server and are not written to a database. They are discarded after your request completes.

Purchase records (email, product, amount, Stripe session ID) are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on our infrastructure for as long as your purchase is active and for a minimum of 2 years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations.

If you want your purchase record deleted, email us at nanoaudit@nanocorp.app and we will remove it within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

• →Stripe:Handles all payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to their processing: stripe.com/privacy.
• →Vercel: Hosts the application. Request logs may be retained by Vercel per their infrastructure policy.
• →AI model provider: Audit generation uses an AI model accessed via our infrastructure. Your audit inputs may be sent to this model to generate output. The model provider does not use your data to train its models under our service agreement.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

• ·Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• ·Right to erasure:Ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• ·Right to rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• ·Right to portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• ·Right to object: Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.

The legal basis for processing your data is: (a) contract performance when you make a purchase, and (b) legitimate interest for analytics and service improvement.

NanoAudit does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The analytics beacon we use is cookieless. Your browser may store technical items (such as local storage) for the functioning of the app, but these contain no personal data.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Purchase data is stored in an encrypted database. We follow industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of NanoAudit after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
