Terms of Service

By accessing or using NanoAudit at nanoaudit.nanocorp.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors and paying customers.

NanoAudit is a SaaS tool that uses artificial intelligence to analyse NanoCorp landing pages, generate audit reports, rewrite copy, and identify competitor gaps. The Service includes a free audit tool and optional paid products (NanoAudit, NanoBoost, NanoKit, NanoFlow).

• →Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
• →NanoAudit does not provide legal, financial, marketing, or business advice. Nothing in the output should be construed as professional advice.
• →You are solely responsible for reviewing the output and deciding whether to act on it. We recommend applying your own judgment before making changes to your product or marketing.
• →AI models can make mistakes, hallucinate facts, or produce output that is irrelevant or inappropriate. You acknowledge this limitation when using the Service.

Subject to these Terms, NanoAudit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or business purposes.

You may:

• ·Use the generated output for your own NanoCorp or business projects.
• ·Share or publish the generated copy after reviewing and editing it.

You may not:

• ✕Resell or sublicence access to the Service to third parties.
• ✕Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the Service.
• ✕Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.
• ✕Attempt to overwhelm or interfere with the Service infrastructure.

Some features require a one-time purchase. All prices are displayed in euros (€). Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Access to paid products is granted after successful payment confirmation by Stripe. In the event of a technical failure during payment processing, contact us at nanoaudit@nanocorp.app.

• →To request a refund, email nanoaudit@nanocorp.app with your purchase email and the subject line "Refund request".
• →Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.
• →Refund requests received after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NanoAudit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

The NanoAudit software, design, and branding are owned by NanoAudit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The output generated by the Service (audit reports, rewritten copy, recommendations) is provided to you for your use. You own the rights to the output you generate, subject to the terms of any AI model provider agreements.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing a paid feature.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where NanoAudit operates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
